How It Works

A simple, structured care plan.

The Wavelength puts your vessel on a year-round schedule — designed around how Florida boats actually get used.

1

Enroll

Pick the tier that fits your boat. Card on file, billed annually, cancel anytime, fully transferable.

2

We Schedule

Your scheduled benefits — Full System Health Checks, firmware updates, pre-trip inspections — go on the calendar automatically. We come to your boat.

3

Priority Service

When something does come up, you skip the line. Members are dispatched ahead of non-members — with 48-hour and 24-hour response windows on higher tiers.

Full System Health Check

What we actually check.

Every Full System Health Check covers the powered systems on your boat — top to bottom. Frequency depends on your tier; the scope is the same for everyone.

Electronics & Electrical

Chartplotters, radar, autopilot, VHF/AIS, NMEA networks, helm displays, satellite, Starlink, sensors, full electrical wiring & distribution.

Batteries & Charging

Battery health, charger function (shore + alternator), inverter, DC distribution, voltage drop testing on critical circuits.

Pumps & Bilges

Bilge pumps, washdown pumps, livewell pumps, water pumps, float switches, plumbing integrity.

Lighting

Navigation lights, deck and courtesy lighting, underwater lights, helm and interior illumination.

Stereo & Accessories

Marine stereo, amplifiers, speakers, zone control, accessory power circuits.

Written Report

Pass / Watch / Action-Needed status on every system. Photos of concerns. Prioritized recommendations. Logged to your vessel record.

The Math

FM Pro pays for itself on a single project.

The retail value of FM Pro's included services exceeds $2,000 a year — before the 5% installation discount kicks in.

If you take on any electronics project during your membership year — a refit, an upgrade, an addition — your member discount applies. Combined with the scheduled benefits already included, the math regularly returns more than the annual fee. Everything beyond is upside.

Common Questions

Everything you should know.

What if I sell my boat?

Your membership is fully transferable to your next vessel — no penalty, no reset of benefits. Just notify us in writing and we'll move your service history with you.

If your next boat is a different size and falls into a different tier — up or down — we'll adjust your membership to the appropriate tier at the prevailing rate. Founding rate locks transfer to the equivalent tier on your new vessel.

What if I don't use all my benefits?

Equipment credits roll over for up to 24 months as long as you stay enrolled. Service benefits reset annually on your enrollment date — but the structural value of priority dispatch and member discount pricing applies whenever you need work done, used or not.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Annual members receive a pro-rated refund less the value of benefits already consumed. No long-term commitment, no early-termination fees.

What does "priority dispatch" actually mean?

Members are scheduled ahead of non-member service requests within their tier's response window — priority scheduling for AM, 48 hours for FM, 24 hours for HF. True emergencies and safety-critical failures are always handled as top priority regardless of tier. During hurricane prep and post-storm recovery, response windows may extend for everyone.

Do the discounts apply to equipment too?

Yes — labor and standard equipment markup are both discounted at your tier's rate. Equipment sold at cost, manufacturer-direct purchases, and third-party sublet work are excluded. Your discount applies to the parts of the project where we have margin to share.

How is this different from just calling when something breaks?

That's the entire point. Reactive service is expensive, slow, and stressful. The Wavelength gets ahead of failures with scheduled health checks, keeps your firmware and charts current, and puts you at the front of the line when something does go wrong. You also get every system serial, install record, and service history on file — invaluable when you sell the boat or plan a refit.

Is there a minimum boat size?

No minimum, but the tiers are designed around boat size for a reason. AM Standard fits most boats under 30 ft. FM Pro is built for 30–50 ft vessels with integrated electronics. HF Elite is for 50 ft+ yachts and liveaboards with multi-system, multi-display setups. Pick the tier that matches your boat — we'll help if you're unsure.

What's the founder rate lock, exactly?

The first 50 members lock in today's pricing for life. We will never raise your membership fee, even if we increase pricing for new members in Year 2 or beyond. When the 50th founder signs up, the founder window closes permanently.

Stop calling installers. Start having one.

Hurricane season opens June 1. Charter season is right behind it. Your electronics team should already be on retainer.
